Reports & Analytics

Plannor's Reports module gives you data-driven visibility across your entire operation — shift activity, revenue, budget utilisation, compliance status, and staff performance — all exportable for stakeholders and auditors.

Accessing Reports

Click Reports in the sidebar. Reports are grouped into categories:

Running a Report

Click the report name to open it.

Set the filters — date range, participant(s), staff member(s), support type, etc. Available filters vary by report.

Click "Run Report". Results appear on screen with charts and a data table.

Click "Export PDF" or "Export CSV" to download the results.

Key Reports Explained

Shift Summary

Shows completed, missed, and cancelled shifts for any date range. Use this to monitor service delivery levels and identify patterns in cancellations.

NDIS Budget Utilisation

For each participant, shows allocated vs spent per support category, remaining balance, and projected date the budget will be depleted. Essential for plan review preparation.

Invoice Ageing

Shows all outstanding invoices grouped by age (0–30 days, 31–60 days, 60+ days). Use this to chase overdue plan manager payments.

Compliance Status

Lists every staff member and their certificate status. Red = expired, amber = expiring within 30 days, green = current. Great for audit preparation.

Staff Hours Report

Breaks down each staff member's hours by shift type (ordinary, overtime, weekend) for any pay period. Use for payroll verification and FTE analysis.

Scheduled Reports

Set up reports to run and email automatically on a schedule:

Open a report and click "Schedule".

Choose frequency (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) and which email addresses to send it to.

Click "Save Schedule". The report runs automatically and lands in your inbox.
Schedule the Budget Utilisation report monthly and send it to your support coordinators — it keeps them proactive about plan reviews before funds run out.
