Medications
Plannor's medication module provides a secure record of each participant's prescribed medications, administration schedules, and a full audit log of who administered what and when.
Disclaimer: Plannor is a documentation tool. Always follow your organisation's medication administration policy and relevant state/territory legislation. Support workers must be trained and authorised before administering medications.

Viewing the Medication Log
The administration log shows every recorded dose with:
- Date and time administered
- Staff member who administered it
- Dose given
- Any observations noted
- Missed/refused doses highlighted in amber
Discontinuing a Medication
When a participant stops a medication, click the medication name → "Discontinue". Enter the reason (doctor's advice, side effects, completed course, etc.) and the date discontinued. The medication moves to the "Past Medications" section but all history is preserved.
Discontinued medications remain in the log permanently for compliance and handover documentation.
