Executive KPI Dashboard
The Executive KPI Dashboard gives Company Admins a real-time, high-level view of financial performance, shift activity, staff productivity, and participant outcomes — all in one screen.
Where to find it: Click KPI Dashboard (or Executive Dashboard) in the sidebar. Available to Company Admins on Premium and Enterprise plans.
Live Metrics
The dashboard refreshes automatically and shows the current time of last update. Key metrics displayed include:
| Metric | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Revenue (MTD) | Month-to-date invoiced amount across all participants |
| Collected / Paid | How much of invoiced revenue has been received |
| Outstanding Invoices | Total amount owed across all sent, unpaid invoices |
| Shifts Completed (MTD) | Total shifts marked as completed this month |
| Shift Completion Rate | Percentage of scheduled shifts completed (vs cancelled/missed) |
| Active Participants | Count of participants with at least one shift this month |
| Staff Utilisation | Average weekly hours worked per active staff member |
| Compliance Rate | Percentage of staff with all required certificates current |
Charts
The dashboard includes several interactive charts:
- Revenue Trend — Monthly revenue over the past 12 months (bar chart)
- Shift Volume — Daily completed shifts over the past 30 days (line chart)
- Top Participants by Billed Amount — Horizontal bar chart showing highest-revenue participants
- Staff Hours Distribution — Breakdown of hours by employment type (full-time, part-time, casual)
- Invoice Status Breakdown — Donut chart showing draft / sent / overdue / paid proportions
Exporting Data
Click the Export button (top-right) to download data directly from the dashboard:
- Export Shifts (Excel) — Full shift register for the current period
- Export Payroll (Excel) — Payroll totals and per-staff breakdown
- Export Invoices (Excel) — Invoice register with status and amounts
Use the KPI Dashboard for your weekly or monthly management meetings. The real-time data means you never need to manually compile reports — everything is live.
Date Filtering
Use the period selector in the top-right corner to switch between:
- This Week
- This Month
- Last Month
- This Quarter
- This Financial Year
- Custom date range
All metrics and charts update instantly when you change the period.
